Sign in methods

- Email and password — The standard method. Use the email address linked to your Freepik account.
- Google — Click Continue with Google to sign in with your Google account.
- Apple — Click Continue with Apple to sign in with your Apple ID.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication is automatically triggered by the system when it detects your account is being accessed from different IP addresses or after multiple login attempts. You do not need to configure it manually — it activates as a security measure when needed.

Click Sign in at freepik.com.
Click I forgot my password
You can also use the direct password recovery link.
Enter your email address
Use the email address linked to your Freepik account.
Check your inbox
You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact support from the email address linked to your account and the team will create a temporary password manually.
Create a secure password
To keep your account safe, follow these recommendations:
- Do not use weak passwords like 123456, qwerty, password1, your name, or your username combined with Freepik.
- Do not use personal information like your birthday, phone number, or username.
- Use a different password for each platform.
- Never share your password with other people.
- Disable the remember password option in shared or public browsers.
- Change your password periodically — every 3 months is recommended.
- Check if your password has been compromised at haveibeenpwned.com.
If you think your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
Change your email or password
You can change your email address or password from your account settings. Go to your profile, open the account settings section, and update your credentials.
Unlink a social login
If you created your account using Google or Apple sign-in and want to switch to email and password login, contact support with the details of your request. You can submit a request through the AI-powered assistant or email support@freepik.com.
Facebook login discontinued
Facebook sign-up has been discontinued. If you originally created your account with Facebook:
- Go to the login page.
- Click Continue with email.
- Click I forgot my password.
- Enter the email address associated with your Facebook account.
- Follow the instructions to create a new password.
If your Facebook email is a Gmail address, you can also sign in directly by clicking Continue with Google.
Device limit
For security reasons, Freepik accounts are limited to 3 devices. The system counts a different device whenever you log in from a different browser, operating system, incognito window, or geolocation. Using a VPN that changes your IP address may also trigger the device limit.
As per Freepik's terms, subscriptions are personal and cannot be shared between users.
Reset your devices
If your downloads are locked due to the device limit and you believe no one else has accessed your account, you can reset your devices:
Go to your device management page
Open your account settings and navigate to the devices section.
Remove devices
Click the trash icon next to any device you want to remove.
Save
Click Save to confirm the changes.
Update your profile
You can update your display name, profile picture, and other account information from your account settings. Go to your profile page and edit the fields you want to change.
Notification preferences
You can manage which notifications you receive from Freepik — including email notifications for comments, mentions, product updates, and marketing communications. Adjust your preferences from the notifications section in your account settings.
Redeem an activation code
If you have received an AI Suite activation code, you can redeem it to unlock AI features:
Open the user menu
Click on your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
Select Use AI code
Choose this option from the dropdown menu.
Enter your code
Type or paste the code in the popup that appears.
Done
Your trial will be activated immediately. A message will confirm the activation and show the expiration date of the code.
If you encounter any issues redeeming your code, contact support.
Delete your account
To delete your account, go to your account settings and look for the option to delete your account. If you have an active subscription, you will need to cancel it first before the account can be deleted.
If you have trouble deleting your account, contact support for assistance.
